30 Days Exchange Guarantee

Every piece of jewellery sold at Hayaat Gems e-Store: www.hayaatgems.com is covered under our 30 Days Exchange Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will refund amount which will be credited back to your Hayaat Gems User Account upon successful processing of return. The refund amount will not be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). This amount will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used partially or fully to shop any item on Hayaat Gems e-Store: www.hayaatgems.com.

The shipping cost of $5.00 for all orders will be deducted before we reimburse the refund amount into Hayaat Gems User Account unless the product is defective.

30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to products that are less than or equal to $35.00 (Irrespective of the order value). 30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to Gold & Silver Coins or customized products. 30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable if the product is bought during Sale/Discount/Offer promotion.

Keep all items including the invoice in a package and address it to the following:

1.HAYAAT  GEMS, Saraswati Vihar Colony, Near Lal Club, Lalsot-303503 Rajasthan, India.

2.Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

3.Email us at hayaatgems8@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to return.

Any order received can be cancelled for the following reason 

a) If the order has any technical glitches.
b) Any order placed during the website update which has led to changes in the price or its content.
c) Any order which is in verification stage when it feels like the order may be returned.
d) When the stock is un available or may take time to produce.
e) Any other reason that the company may find relevant from time to time.
d) The decision of the company is final in this regards.

Order Cancellation

30 Days Refund/Exchange Guarantee is not applicable if the product is bought during Sale/Discount/Offer promotion Period.
 
No Refund Applicable during offers period , If Buyer want to exchanged the product we will add the credit amount into Hayaat Gems Buyer Wallet Only.

Gold Coin & Silver Coins are Not Returns/Refunds Applicable

 If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before refund amount is credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

30 Days Refund/Exchange Guarantee is not applicable if the product is bought during Sale/Discount/Offer promotion Period.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return process. The cancellation will have to be treated as 30 Days Exchange Guarantee. We will refund amount which will be credited back to your Hayaat Gems User Account upon successful processing of return. The refund amount will not be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including 10% of cancellation fee and shipping cost of $5.00 before refund amount is credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). The refund process will be initiated within 7-10 days once we received the shipment at our warehouse.
